Apply 5-20 sprays of KIKI Health Magnesium Oil to area of concern (such as back, legs, arms) in the morning and at night and lightly massage into the skin. Ideally spray after a shower or bath to any area of the skin, as the pores are open which aids better absorption.
Please note, a tingling sensation is natural upon first application and is a sign of magnesium deficiency; this will decrease as your magnesium levels increase
