Founded by mother-daughter duo Sophie and Trudi over a decade ago, Harmony was built on a simple idea — that skin health and soul-soothing relaxation can live side by side. Today, it’s Central Otago’s trusted destination for results-driven treatments and quiet moments of stillness.
Sophie leads the clinic with over 15 years of experience across advanced skin therapy, beauty therapy, spa treatments, and makeup artistry.
Trained at the National School of Aesthetics and recognised with national awards for excellence, Sophie’s commitment to skin health runs deep — and every treatment is grounded in her belief that clinical care should feel calm, considered, and completely personal.
Backed by a handpicked team of experienced therapists, Harmony is home to some of the most advanced skin technology in the country — including the Cutera Xeo+, Dermapen4, and OBSERVE skin analysis. But behind the tech is what matters most: people who care deeply about their craft, their clients, and the confidence they help build.

Since 2014, Sarah has been the steady presence behind Harmony’s day-to-day rhythm. As Front of House & Team Lead, she makes sure every detail is taken care of from the moment you book to the moment you leave. Calm, organised, and always thinking one step ahead, she brings a sense of ease to both clients and the team. She also works alongside Hollie to coordinate our wedding and group bookings.

Hollie splits her time between reception and behind the scenes, leading all things marketing at Harmony. She manages our socials, online shop, campaign planning, and day-to-day storytelling through content. She’s always looking for thoughtful ways to share what’s happening in clinic. Calm, organised, and quietly creative, Hollie brings consistency and care to everything she works on. She also looks after wedding and group bookings alongside Sarah, making sure each one feels personal and well planned.

Anita leads with quiet precision and a deep love of skin science. Since joining Harmony in 2015, she’s become our go-to for Dermapen and IPL, with a special interest in acne and age management. Thoughtful, experienced, and results-focused, she balances her part-time clinic hours with life as a mum of three.

Hanna works with us part time bringing a calm, friendly presence to the front desk. A natural at making people feel welcome, she brings quiet efficiency, creativity, and genuine care to every part of the Harmony experience. With a degree in design innovation and an eye for detail, she’s thoughtful in everything she does. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her sewing, cycling, or recharging at the gym.
