Founded by mother-daughter duo Sophie and Trudi over a decade ago, Harmony was built on a simple idea — that skin health and soul-soothing relaxation can live side by side. Today, it’s Central Otago’s trusted destination for results-driven treatments and quiet moments of stillness.

Sophie leads the clinic with over 15 years of experience across advanced skin therapy, beauty therapy, spa treatments, and makeup artistry.

Trained at the National School of Aesthetics and recognised with national awards for excellence, Sophie’s commitment to skin health runs deep — and every treatment is grounded in her belief that clinical care should feel calm, considered, and completely personal.

Backed by a handpicked team of experienced therapists, Harmony is home to some of the most advanced skin technology in the country — including the Cutera Xeo+, Dermapen4, and OBSERVE skin analysis. Trained at the National School of Aesthetics and recognised with multiple national awards, Sophie brings a depth of knowledge, precision and calm confidence to every treatment she performs.

    Sophie is known for her considered approach and steady, reassuring presence. She takes the time to truly understand each client’s skin, creating tailored treatment plans that prioritise skin health, comfort, and long-term results. Her style is calm and clinical without feeling impersonal, blending expertise with genuine care.

    At the core of Sophie’s philosophy is the belief that great skin comes from thoughtful, consistent care delivered in a space that feels safe, nurturing, and unhurried. This ethos shapes not only her treatments, but the experience of Harmony as a whole.

  • Since 2014, Sarah has been the calm, familiar presence at the heart of Harmony. You’ll find her greeting you on reception with a bubbly smile, welcoming you with warmth and care from your first enquiry to the moment you leave. She ensures every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, creating a smooth and unhurried experience.

    She brings a quiet sense of reassurance to both clients and the team. Working closely with Hollie as our front of house duo, together they coordinate our wedding and group bookings, ensuring every special occasion feels effortless and beautifully managed.

  • Hollie moves seamlessly between reception and her behind the scenes role in the office as our Marketing Manager, shaping the look and feel of Harmony with care and intention. From brand storytelling to campaigns, digital presence and the thoughtful presentation of our products and visuals, she ensures every detail feels considered and aligned.

    Calm, organised, and quietly creative, Hollie has a natural eye for storytelling and consistency. Working closely alongside Sarah as our front of house duo, together they coordinate our wedding and group bookings, ensuring each experience feels personal, seamless and beautifully planned.

  • Anita is our Senior Skin Therapist, known for her quiet precision and deep understanding of skin. Since joining Harmony in 2015, she has become a trusted expert in advanced skin treatments, working closely alongside Sophie to deliver our world-class, high-tech skin treatments as well as beautifully restorative facials.

    Anita is especially sought after for Dermapen and Laser Skin treatments, with a strong interest in acne and age management. She is backed by a loyal community of skin membership clients and is deeply invested in seeing long-term, meaningful results for those she treats.

  • Amy brings a warm, calming presence to Harmony, offering a thoughtful mix of beauty and relaxation treatments designed to help clients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for. With a genuine passion for the industry and a gentle, attentive approach, Amy creates welcoming experiences where clients can truly switch off and enjoy a moment to themselves.

    After first discovering Beauty Therapy through a Gateway programme in Year 13, Amy went on to complete her Beauty Therapy studies at Otago Polytechnic while continuing to gain hands-on industry experience throughout her training. Her love for helping people feel relaxed and confident naturally led her into the beauty industry, where she has continued to grow her skills and passion ever since. Her calm nature, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients make her a beautiful addition to the Harmony team.

  • With a keen eye and a creative hand, Caycee offers a beautifully balanced mix of beauty and skin treatments at Harmony. With a calm, quiet presence, she brings care, precision, and thoughtfulness to every appointment, creating experiences that feel considered and uplifting. Her gentle manner and attention to detail help clients feel relaxed, confident, and well looked after.

    Caycee is especially known for her exceptional nail work and love of nail art, where her creativity and polished finish truly shine. Now also working across skin treatments, she enjoys helping clients achieve results while ensuring each treatment feels restorative and unrushed.     As our Massage and Nail Therapist, Trisna brings care and intention to every treatment she offers. Trusted by both men and women, and backed by a loyal base of returning clients including many who travel to Harmony specifically to see her, she creates restorative experiences that support both body and mind.

  • Tamai is a valued member of the Harmony team as an apprentice beauty therapist and front of house.

    Alongside her beauty therapy training, Tamai has taken on the role of front of house support on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

    As Tamai works through her beauty therapy apprenticeship, she is completing both theory and hands-on training in clinic, learning closely alongside our therapists as she continues to build her treatment skills.

    Known for her easy nature and great chat, Tamai brings a grounded, friendly energy to the space and helps create a relaxed experience for every client.
