Shipping & Returns


Harmony Skin and Beauty takes great pride in its reputation for quality and are happy to provide you with a refund or an exchange for full priced items, only when:

· The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact.
· The goods have not been damaged, opened or used.
· The goods are returned within 7 day of purchase date
· The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

Harmony will always provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:

· Are faulty (unless caused by you)
· Are different to the goods that you ordered

All returns and exchanges must be returned to Harmony within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Items are only exchanged subject to availability. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original card of purchase.

Return Shipping must be prepaid and by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Harmony takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the purchaser.

Harmony will reimburse any document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty. Please further note that we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods.
